Randy Cottle is the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Trilogy Innovations Inc. Randy is a WV-native from Elkins, WV. Randy attended WVU where he earned his Bachelors' in Business Administration and obtained a Masters' in Software Engineering. Randy also runs a couple of non-profit organizations in Morgantown that focus on community give back: the BOPARC Foundation and the CHARLES ROBERT PINKERTON Foundation. His passion is to create good paying jobs and better opportunities for folks here in West Virginia.


Brandon Downey, President and CEO of Trilogy Innovations, has spent more than 25 years as a technologist and leader in the software development and systems engineering field. As a graduate of WVU, Brandon holds a Bachelors' in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, in addition to having a Masters' in Software Engineering. As CEO of Trilogy, he works with his leadership team to set the strategic direction to long-term planning, product development and customer-focused initiatives. However, his passion is teaching the youth and leaders of tomorrow, as well as helping forge a new identity for the state of West Virginia.
